Cosmetovigilance
Had a reaction, or found a product that looks contaminated, mislabelled or fake? Tell Guires CSL scientists. Every report is logged, reviewed and given a reference number.

Product safety
Reports from people who use a product are often the first sign of contamination, a labelling error or an ingredient that does not suit some skin.
In the EU and UK the Responsible Person must report serious undesirable effects to the authorities, and in the US MoCRA requires serious adverse events to be reported to the FDA.
Guires CSL uses anonymised trends from reports to guide formulation, testing and the recalls and safety alerts we publish.
