Asked before we start.
Do I need a separate UK Responsible Person?
Yes. Since 2021 products sold in Great Britain need a UK-established Responsible Person, named on the label.
Is CPNP enough for the UK?
No. Great Britain uses SCPN. We notify on both when you sell in the EU and UK.
Can you use my EU safety report?
Yes, as the base. We adapt it to the UK annexes and sign a UK assessment.
