Ingredient application studies for raw-material suppliers: butters, clays, oils, powders and botanicals ready to be tested in finished cosmetic formulas

Ingredient application lab · For suppliers

Application data that sells your ingredient.

CSL formulation chemists turn a new raw material into proof: how it performs in finished products, the level it needs, what it is compatible with, how it compares with the market, and the starter formulas and technical reports your customers ask for.

Guires Cosmetic Science Lab

Application data for ingredient suppliers

Guires CSL helps ingredient suppliers show what their ingredient does in a finished product: starter formulas, stability and compatibility data, in vitro and clinical efficacy, and technical documents your sales team can put in front of formulators.

Questions

Asked before we start.

Can you prepare starter formulas for our trade-show launch?

Yes. CSL formulation chemists develop concept formulas around your ingredient and make samples, with INCI lists and procedures your customers can follow.

Will you publish the results?

Only with your written permission. Many suppliers use the reports for application notes and conference posters; publication-ready reports can be prepared on request.

Can you test our ingredient against a named competitor?

Yes. Competitor grades are bought on the open market and tested under the same conditions. Results are reported as measured, so they can be defended if questioned.

Do you support regulatory documentation?

CSL regulatory specialists check INCI naming and the status of the ingredient in your target markets, and can prepare the safety information brands need for their CPSR.
